➺ Shipping?
Packing ceramics for shipment is a meticulous process - please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship out. Your order will be sent via UPS and you will be emailed your tracking number once your order leaves the studio. Thank you for understanding that I am not responsible for orders that UPS says are delivered but that you do not receive.
➺ Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, my website is set up to receive orders within the US only. But if you live outside the US and would like to place an order, just email me and we can make that happen.
➺ Are you able to make me a custom piece?
I’m not doing commissions at this time — thanks for your understanding!
➺ Return policy?
All sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of the shipper marking your piece as delivered. Please include photos of the damage in your email. We will work together to find a solution.
➺ The type of piece I want is sold out. When will more vases/jars/bowls/etc be available?
